Reminded by Him

We always see God as our loving, forgiving father and faithful provider.

Thankful that I'm saved. But remember that as much as He is our Savior, He is also our Lord. He is Lord of our life.

We OBEY not because we have to but because WE GET TO.

We our priviledged to be with Him and know Him and have a purpose as His Princes and Princesses.

You don't own your life, He owns you.

So if He said something you have to do, do it by faith. Live by faith and not by sight.

Stay humble, "Not because of who I am. But because of what You've done. Not because of what I've done

But because of who You are."-Who am I by Casting Crowns.

It's not about us, it's about HIM! Cause it's only with Him as the center of your life you'll have peace and joy.

It's going to be hard..REAL HARD. But know that GOD IS WITH YOU. He will never leave you. He loves us that much. We'll stumble and fall but God will be there to pick us up. Just surrender to His Lordship.

New Year. New beginnings.

God gave us new beginnings.. Renewed souls.. Revived hearts..

A clean slate everyday so we will not be chained in prison by our past but to dash to our future with a new soul with no baggage. Living in the present with a strengthened heart.. All by God's grace.. so no one can boast.

We are new. We are free. We are not perfect but We serve a perfect God.

Jesus already died for us to have a new life. Now we are not of this world but of God so He is our only standard. I know we will not be able to be what others want us to be in an instant but God is molding us slowly..little by little to be the Princes and Princesses that He made us to be.

Don't believe the world saying; "Nothing is happening in your life" or "You're not improving as a person" because you will just end up believing it and you might just give up on yourself. Believe that God is not giving up on you and He is doing something great in your life and in you. You just doesn't see it yet because you can't see the bigger picture. The only thing you and the world can see is a small part of that great bluprint of God's plans for you. Our response is to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and obey God's commands..to honor and glorify Him.

Worry. Worry not

31 So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. (Matthew 6:31-33)


Don't worry about tomorrow, have faith in God and seek him first. Some might not get this right. Some would say "How will I not worry? If I won't do something with my life, who would?". I admire people who are taking life seriously and working as hard as they could, but they worry too much. They don't even enjoy things they've worked hard for. They do things they think they should do, not the things God wants them to do because they don't know what it is. They're doing things on their own. Yeah, they do know God, but they don't make time to seek his will. God wants us to spend time with him, he also wants us to live our life, he wants us to enjoy it. It doesn't mean that we won't do anything. God wants us to seek him first and surrender our worries to him and he will guide us on what to do next, he will give us wisdom on how to solve every problems and he will give us strength to stand firm against every challenges. So why worry when you can enjoy life with God. How great is our God!

What a way to start!

Blogging... hmm.. it's not really my thing, but I guess I'm gonna like it. Finally I'll be able to talk, or write, rather, of all the things I want to share.

Things I could be writing about: life, happiness, frustrations, success, anything.. and most of all God. I think this could be one way of serving him and letting him use me for other people to know about him. So if someone would say that I just made this blog because someone told me so.. then I guess they're right. God told me so and he used my cousin (you know who you are) to send his message to me..

Well, this is my first.. and no one's really reading my blog yet.. but we'll never know what will happen..
